We now offer Infrared Sauna services at Nourish! Far-Infrared Sauna heats the body directly for effective use in a lower temperature range of 120° F – 140° F. You will not need to go higher than this temperature to get the effectiveness of the sauna. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas do not heat the air around you as much as they warm your body directly.
Benefits
