Dr. Julia Cichocki

ND

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor passionate about gut health, women’s health, and mental wellness, dedicated to helping patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms and regain their quality of life. My approach is rooted in the belief that every person is unique, and that healing begins when we take the time to understand the whole picture rather than focusing on symptoms alone. Through homeopathy, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and carefully selected supplements when needed, I work with patients to create personalized plans that support lasting wellness and help them feel their best.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. I know what it feels like to be told that everything is “normal” while continuing to struggle every day. For years, I dealt with digestive issues, bloating, and frustration as I searched for answers. Like many of my patients, I learned that there is often much more to the story than simply being told you have IBS. Digestive symptoms can be influenced by the gut microbiome, stress, hormones, nutrition, lifestyle factors, and other underlying imbalances. That experience inspired me to pursue a career helping others uncover their own missing pieces and create a path forward.

My passion is helping patients navigate digestive concerns, women’s health conditions, mental wellness challenges, and other chronic symptoms that can impact daily life. Whether someone is struggling with bloating, constipation, IBS, hormonal imbalances, weight concerns, anxiety, stress, fatigue, or sleep disturbances, I strive to create a supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from SUNY Plattsburgh before completing my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Arizona. My background in nutrition, combined with my training in homeopathy and naturopathic medicine, allows me to help patients create realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term wellness.

When I am not seeing patients, I enjoy creating healthy recipes, spending time with my rescue dog Willow, traveling, and sharing wellness education to help others feel more confident in their health choices.

I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and I am honored to partner with my patients as they work toward feeling healthier, more energized, and more at home in their bodies.
