Dr. Linna Goelz

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor who believes the body has an innate ability to heal when given the proper tools and environment. I use homeopathy, botanical medicine, mind-body medicine, nature cure and other naturopathic therapies to strengthen and revitalize this innate healing ability in my patients as I support them on their journey back to health. I am passionate about helping patients achieve a deeper, lasting level of healing so they can feel like themselves again. Being unwell can take up a lot of energy and time.

By promoting genuine healing and a return to self, I can empower my patients to take this energy and time back so they can instead use it towards creating the authentic, meaningful life they deserve

As a physician, my main passion is treating mental health concerns of all kinds, but especially adolescent and young adult mental health. I have successfully treated anxiety, depression, insomnia/sleep disturbance, ADHD, panic attacks, fatigue and more. I also love treating women’s health concerns such as painful, heavy, irregular, and/or absent periods, PMS, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, menopause, acne, hair loss, and more. My other interests include GI health, headaches/migraines, and acute illnesses.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver, I pursued my Naturopathic Medical degree at Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly SCNM) in Tempe, AZ. I then went on to complete a competitive general medicine residency at Bastyr University in San Diego before returning to Arizona for a second year of residency specializing in homeopathic medicine. These 2 years of residency provided me with in depth training above and beyond the rigorous 4-year medical program and better equipped me to serve you as a doctor. Since completing my homeopathic residency, I have stayed on at Sonoran University teaching homeopathy to the students and running a clinical rotation.

When I am not seeing patients or teaching, I enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, practicing yoga and Qi Gong, meditating, hiking with my dog, Mowgli, and making tie dye.

Originally from Maine, I made the move to Arizona in 2018 and quickly found Nourish to be my home away from home. I’m passionate about supporting small, woman-owned businesses and love being part of a team where growth, connection, and care really matter. When I’m not at work, I enjoy walking and hiking, diving into audiobooks and podcasts, and spending quality time with my husband, two sons, and our three dogs.

As front desk administrator, I enjoy interacting with our wonderful patients daily, and creating an inviting atmosphere for everyone who comes to Nourish. I have a personal interest in herbal medicine and natural healing, so being part of the Nourish team is a perfect fit. Contact me for any existing patient needs or questions! Outside of Nourish, I enjoy being outdoors, identifying native plants, hiking, and exploring all the Southwest has to offer, but equally love spending time at home with my partner and 2 dogs.
