Nourish Your Body: Easing Out Of Your Cleanse
February 1-3: Easing out of your cleanse
We hope you all feel squeaky clean from eliminating all those inflammatory foods this week! Here at Nourish we have had some serious sugar cravings which we are trying to battle with fruit and tea with honey. All of us noticed some brain fog this weekend, but are feeling much better this week. Additionally, a few of us have noticed our clothes are fitting a little better than they did around the holidays. Have you struggled with anything? Or are you surprised with how well you were able to do? Are you noticing anything, such as weight loss, clear skin, energy changes? Let us know in the comments section below!
Starting tomorrow, you will slowly be adding back in the food items you eliminated the past five days (such as organic meats, eggs and whole grains) and are repeating the first 3 days you were cleansing (see below). As you are adding back in these food items, re-introduce some of the things you have not eaten this past week slowly and not all in the same meal. If you are continuing to enjoy the liver rejuvenating cocktail or castor oil packs, feel free to continue until the end of the week or longer if you would like.
